Editing my first review after calling Associated a second time. Doug also did an amazing job, and went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning up the job site afterwards. Thank you Doug! My condo building is considered commercial, so I used Associated Mechanical on Saturday, July 26th. I had an emergency. My shower faucet broke, and I was unable to shut off the water. My condo was built 21 years ago, and the designers failed to put in unit water shutoff for the shower enclosure. Associated sent Kyle G to help. He took care of the immediate issue and shut off the water. When I make the full repair appointment, I intend to ask for him.
