This company is the worst shipping company. don't ever use it. since december 17 i ordered a tv from samsung and they were in charge of making the delivery. I made the appointment 4 times and they never completed the delivery. according to them "they lost the television" I don't doubt that one of them stole it. Never use this company, they will waste your time.

Ordered an Impact Dog Crate and was shipped through AGS. Came badly dented and needed a replacement that was not damaged and for them to collect the damaged one. They brought the replacement and walked away before I could ask about them collecting the first one. Opened the package to inspect and the new replacement was dented also. No respect for the working class. Appointment was made for a delivery, stayed home from WK and NO delivery or call. I then stayed home the following day thinking the delivery would come and NO DELIVERY AND NO FOLLOW UP. I called Global left message for a Glenn and NO call back. Terrible customer service. Glenn should be trained in manners.

This is not a professional shipping company I ordered some furniture and they use them as the shipping company but I would never hire a company like this.
