AGS is the worst delivery I have encountered in years. Samsung is using them and a monitor that should have taken 3-4 days from Illinois is now going on 10. The website to request appointment does not work from IOS or Desktop browser on Mac. They appear to be Windows centric. Hold times on phone are in excess of 20 minutes. Then it appears the reps online do not have access to do anything. If could give less than 1 star I would.
