I do not recommend this practice to anyone. They do not have an accurate understanding of patients' rights and insurance rules and have refused service to my 10 year old son who has been their patient since he was 5 years old. When I showed up for his appointment on Jan 21, 2013 they refused service because they do not accept his new secondary insurance, Medi-cal. I agreed to pay my co-pay but they would not accept it and stated they would not see him unless he no longer had Medi-cal because they were not a Medi-cal provider... read more
