Main dentist Dr. DANIEL Kmak basically weaseled his way of messing me over with my Invisalign plan between the move of Munster to Merrillville location. Asked me to leave his practice after over 20 years of being there because I was sick of all the cancellations on my retainer. All of the hygienists complain about working there and have even left his practice. Don’t come here, it’s not the same anymore, they only care about your money.

I went to have a crown put in my mouth it took about 3 months before they finally put it in after he had been shaved down for 3 months they gave me a root canal The tooth is still alive to this day then when I told him and refuse to pay they sued me and won. And I went to him and told him my mouth was hurting he did not even look at my mouth he wrote a script to see another doctor and charged me $175 for that
It's rare that I leave reviews, and I'm also an extremely patient person by nature. However, I feel obligated to give them 1 star because I literally have to break down my experience in list format. Grab your 1. Went in for Invisalign treatment and they seemed to be very unconfident in the process. There were multiple occasions where I've had to come back in for a re-scan, because the scan was inaccurate or "the lab didn't receive the scans". 2.
