Yesterday we picked up our auto after body damage. From the moment we came in we were treated professionally. Liz, the estimator, was exceptional and kept us informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use Associated Collision Center again or refer them to others.
From the minute we walked in this place, we were treated with poor customer service by Ronald. When I went to the trunk today, I found the trunk panels not installed and one was broken do to missing hardware. I was blamed for the panel being broken. I explained that this was the worst experience I've had and they said the same to me. Unacceptable.. I will never go back and will never recommend this place to anyone.
So glad to have my sweet ride back! Got rear-ended a few weeks ago. Nothing serious. Just inconvenient. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service! Thank you Liz!
Excellent work. After a mishap from behind, took my car here. Ecellent service. Did not release my car to me until my car was absolutely perfect. Looked better than when bought! ;) highly recommend for service.
