The most inattentive staff. They did terrible work, installed parts incorrectly and broke and damaged items on car. When brought to their attention they said could not make right basically they did not know what to do . Liz is terrible at returning communications and her superiors are no better. Was referred there by dealership and USAA. Worst mistake, will never ever go back again. My car is still broken and has made insurance company aware. We picked them from tow truck driver list after an accident on a Sunday so many places were not open. We went in about 2pm Monday about 26 hours after our accident and we were told our fee from noon Sunday until Monday 2pm was $175 towing fee plus over $300 admin fee plus 2 days of storage! They ended up reducing the fees but we still had to pay over $300 to get our car from them and the only thing they did was check the car into their system and pay a wrecker.
