I'm normally not one to write reviews, much less negative ones but I have used this bank a few times and every time I have the teller through the drive through she gives me flaq about paying my car payment through the actual bank. I have paid my car payment at many other branches and have received excellent service, besides the one in Pulaski. Maybe the next time will be a more pleasant experience, or I may have to rethink banking options.
Tanner is so kind and helpful, amazing customer care.
My wife and I use this branch almost exclusively and the Tellers are ALWAYS amazing, friendly and helpful with us and our banking needs. Even mother in law goes there just to chat with the employees because they're always so helpful and friendly. Thank you
