Really enjoy banking here as all the people who work there currently are so friendly and wonderful. Almost makes me want to move all my banking here, that's how pleasant each visit is.

Associated has recently changed their online banking payment dates. I scheduled a payment for a car payment and they said the next available date to pay was 7 days in the future. Yes, I had funds in the account to make the payment. I called to question. The response - nothing has changed on Associated side of the transaction. The company I am trying to pay wouldn't accept payment before the 7 day period. However, I could pay Associated for expedited service and then it would go through. - Lol .
