We've been loyal customers since 2011 with Associated Bank. Recently had to make some beneficiary changes and were totally mislead on opening up a new credit card. We've never filled out an application or signed anything. New card confirmation came in with 10k less credit limit. Tried to canceled and just keep existing card and were told we still couldn't cancel the new card. Tried to talk the branch manager and asked for a call back, never happened. Worst service from this bank location as the person…not good service and incompetent service without proper knowledge.
