Went to go deposit my check which is normally a good interaction pulled up today to get a lady named Martha I rarely see her and almost never interact with her. Pulled up and was greated with "what" then when she received my check she just disappeared for a while. Eventually she comes back picks my check off the counter and then deposits my check

My mother in law passed away. My wife has given them her death certificate multiple times. They refuse to give her control mortgage. The continue to send her certified letters. They have zero compassion. They have no idea what they are doing.
