Susan Gomez at the Fort Wayne, Indiana branch is doing a fantastic job for our Buckner villas neighborhood. She reacts quickly & is spot on with her answers. We own property in Florida & have not always had such a positive experience with property managers. AAM is fortunate to have her.
We moved to Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore last May and unfortunately did have a few mishaps along the way... What started as a rather bumpy ride has become smooth sailing all thanks to our relatively new property manager Sue Larson. She has helped us with good vendors, and corrected things with not so good vendors. After 35 years working with corporate managers in all walks of life I have rarely been associated with someone as dedicated, as caring, as devoted as Kim is! AAM,. is awesome. I moved in October 2019 unaware of the no parking on street. I recieve violation notices and fees. i explained to them that i wass unaware of the rules. AAM, waived all fees. Thank you again
