My husband and I have served on the Board of Directors for our HOA for many years. We have worked with several community managers and multiple management companies. Joe Anna Henning, our current manager, will be retiring in a couple of weeks. I wanted to leave a review publicly acknowledging the great work she has done with our community. Joe Anna has been a fair and steady and trusted asset to our community. We will miss her!
Don't use this company for on-site. The board gets guilted into allowing the property manager's kids to come to work with them after school, over the summer, and when they are sick. Even worse, the Assistant manager gets stuck babysitting them on a regular basis during her working hours. I've seen this multiple times in Surprise and have been told that it is happening all over the valley with this company.
