I gave them 1 star only because I came out alive, otherwise it would have been zero! I went into the surgical theater, and there were two nurses talking to each other and giving me instructions, and the whole time the nurse anesthesiologist was shouting over them, asking me questions at the same time. If I had been more distraught, in pain or anxious, it would’ve made it a more horrible experience than it was. This Place blows!!! Had to Pay 435.00 bucks for 20 min surgery. next time I will; ask if my insurance pays for the anesthesiologist. They said it was my deductible ..WTFE
Paid my bill in advance as they required it. Doctor told me how much it would be, so I did. The doctor notified both my husband and me that the surgery was shorter than expected. Instead of getting a refund this company sent me to collections saying I went over by 9 minutes and owed them more money. Instead of arguing I tried to pay, however they told me they would not pull it back from the collection company because they can’t, but it’s been less than 30 days and they didn’t sell my account. Submitted a bill over 2 years old that has already been paid to collections and harmed my credit score 100 points over a $200 bill I ALREADY PAID. Very shady billing practices and deceitful bedside upsell.
Horrible system to sign up. This isn’t 2010, update it. You all are some of the most highly paid physicians. This is ridiculous.
