Associate Jewelers- Today someone asked me where they could get their turquoise silver jewelry repaired. Some stones need to be reset and apparently this individual has lots of jewelry they need repaired. Often I have found that many jewelers refuse to work on silver jewelry, not these guys. Great service and quality – My family and I have been using associate jewelers for more than 20 years. I have always received excellent service. Kim is who I always deal with. I could not be happier with the value and quality that they provide. I have found designs at mall retail stores that I like and he has always been able to make the same design with higher quality diamonds and heavier gold for much less than I would have paid in the mall. Beware – Kim, in charge of repairs, quoted me $10 for the repair of 3 broken silver chains plus resizing a ring, thanks to a discount from a $50 coupon I obtained at a show last year. The total would have then been about $60 which made sense. When I went to pick up the items three days later, he and his robotic helper told me I owed $195!!!
