Truly the worst management company. A simple door stop in the garbage room takes weeks to fix and Shermina is super rude to tenants and will hang up calls and not pick up if she doesn't feel like it. Instead of working to solve problems, they're busier deflecting blame to the landlord.
In April, I cancelled my autopay and notified Associa the Title company would be sending HOA payment. Associa still auto-deducted which caused a double payment. When I noticed the duplicity, I immediately notified the community manager. Late April, she responded that the Settlement team will issue the refund. It is now June, 2 months later, and I have not heard from Associa nor received a refund. The Community manager has followed up a couple times to their Settlement team, but they have not replied nor have I received payme... read more

It has been a difficult year this with our elevators not working when my tenant was moving (my unit is on the 5th floor), windows being installed as soon as he moved in, not being able to use the garage for 2 days, front door keys not working, and my balance on the HOA account is monthly not updated and being charged late fees. However, working with Priscilla Soriano I was able to overcome these hurdles and totally appreciate the effort she has made in helping me getting my HOA account current. Thank you Priscilla very much.
