I sent roof replacement request form to HOA manager by email on 08/25. My HOA belong to Northern California. The manager told me should wait approve on 09/17 the board meeting. But there was no any news. I asked her result yesterday afternoon. She told me that will review tonight. But still no answer this morning. It’s too difficult to contact with HOA and get approve. This company should change procrastination style. It’ s too inconvenient for residents. So bad experience.
