Their website said they had a location on Tropicana but the actual building is no where near there. Complete waste of my time

Horrific company and a nightmare to deal with.
On 8/4/18, a pipe leaked in my unit causing considerable water damage. Repairs are covered under the HOA policy (“walls-in coverage, betterments included”) but Associa is still in defiance and refuses to fix the damage. My own insurance company also refuses to fix the damages as they state Associa has it in their contract and they do not want to be sued for something they are not supposed to touch.
