This is the absolute worst management company ever. If you want your power and electric to be turned off, because management can't seem to get a grasp on paying bills on time, then go with Associa. If you like accumulating late fees due to none payment, Go with Associa. If you want your accounting to be shady and incur unnecessary fees, go with Associa. Had issues with Associa's involvement with interference of a recent HOA election where they were negligent in following processes set forth by state statutes. Another issue was how they were managing their Town Square software allowing a Board Member to be the moderator and not one of their employees. The Board member threatened my 1st amendment rights. This is BY FAR, the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication, neglect of duties, and overall absence of professionalism is tragic. Be warned that they will ignore you for as long as they possibly can. I recommend avoiding using this company if you have the choice. Filing complaints with the Florida Real Estate Commission as well as the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation against individual agents. Be warned, avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.
