I live at the Louisiana Purchase Condos in Denver. This community management company is even worse than the last one. They are in the business of stealing money from home owners. They neglect maintenance then hit home owners with exorbitant costs for special assessments. Now they are working with a predatory towing company to tow residents vehicles putting them even further financially behind. They are slow to respond (I've had them take over a year to fix the siding on my townhome. The turn over if managers is terrible. Their ineptitude when dealing with vendors causes cancellations or the work never being done. I've had an issue with a large wasp nest under a sidewalk. The wasps have stung people and pets, it took over three weeks for them to "submit" a work order. That should be an immediate response. DO NOT HOW THEM!
I have never seen a more incompetent property management company. If I could give 0 stars I would! They have dropped the ball on a plethora of items at our complex and do not take responsibility for their actions. They have a VERY high rate of turn over with their managers, so no one ever really knows what is going on. I own condo #401, 335 Detroit St, Denver. Account # is 177-0164. I have been trying to solve a billing issue (HOA overpayment) since last summer. Jennifer Gill, General Manager at the Lakewood Associa office, used her knowledge and energy to solve an issue I have been trying to resolve for over a year!
Been trying to reach the HOA for an issue with our home and cannot seem to get them to return a call or email and do their job even charging us almost $500 a month. This is getting really ridiculous.
