This is probably the worst company with whom we have dealt. The calls are answered in Indonesia you never get a call back from anybody. You report problems to report issues you ask for information and nobody ever gets back to you. I would steer clear of this company, their responsiveness, communication and concern is nonexistent.
I have nothing but praise for the team at Associa - after working with them on multiple jobs they were highly communicative and responsive to everything I needed. Thank you!
Our condo building has a new community manager! Jennifer Gill in Lakewood has jumped in fast and getting to know our Board of Directors and help off load projects we’ve been trying to manage on our own.
