Associa is horrific. Our boiler in our apartment complex has been out for over a month, with no end in sight. The communication from Associa is sparse and shady. A city inspector has been on this case and they have not been responding to his inquiries and multiple violations. Don’t know what they do with our money- but they certainly don’t use it to fix things
Danielle Batch has done a great job in helping is contact the Crystal Valley HOA DRC thru her. Very responsive
If I could, I would put zero star. Unprofessional and very hard to get clear answers from them in a timely manner. They use the HOA web portal to send messages or violations, but I was told by them that they do not monitor the responses from residents....Then, what's the point of them posting the messages or violations in that web portal. Just doesn't make sense.
