Our community utilizes Associa Colorado for our HOA mangagement company. From a board member perspective, they have been great to work with. Especially our manager, Sarah Weller. Sarah goes out of her way to provide information we need on a regular basis. We have had some unprofessional board members in the past as well as some difficult residents, and Sarah has continued working with a very high level of professionalism. We've had other companies and other managers, and Sarah and Associa have been the best so far.
Working with our property manager Collin Fowler and the team at Associa Colorado Association Services has been professional and reliable. Their communication and customer service is second to none. Thank you Associa!

The Colorado Associa company and Karen Culter, who handles the HOA at the Villa West Townhouses continue to be deceitful and unresponsive to clients' needs. After my mother's death, I was unable to figure out how to pay the HOA on a townhouse for a few months. The account was sent to VF Law, a collection agency. We went into their office on May 8, and paid the $2563 balance in full, and also one month in advance for the HOA dues. We have always paid on time since then.
