Terrible communication with residents. ****************** impossible to contact to get assistance. First time home buyer and will NEVER buy another condo if managed by this company.
Horrible customer service, unresponsive to major concerns. Does not work in the interest of the homeowners nor do they make sure services are rendered as required in vendore contractual agreement. Does not make homeowner whole for services not rendered but paid for.

This review is for Homeside Properties of Alpharetta, GA and their handling of the Keystone Gates subdivision. Does anyone know of an HOA that refuses to mow a homeowners grass for 4 weeks in the summer? I have owned 6 homes and this is by far the worse experience at the highest cost ever. I spent months leaving emails and voicemails that were never returned, attempting to find out about weed coverage. Once Spring came, my yard was 50% weeds which was killing the grass. Atrocious management company. Not proactive, not responsive, not transparent, not communicative. Never respond to any issues brought to them. Do not uphold condo regulations. They knew 7 months ago that they would fire our property manager but we still don't have a new one. They take your money and laugh all the way to the bank.

I strongly believed that my my conflict with the company is an extraordinary case until I checked reviews for this company across different social platforms. My experience with the EMB Management is exactly the same as others wrote here: 1) They simply ignore the requests made by home owners 2) tell you that they are "working on the issue" without providing any ERD 3) You have to work for them to manage their people in order to get any response at all. This group of people of been just awful to work with. I recently closed on a home purchase and Prescott (Associa) withheld funds for what they claimed were past due assessments despite me providing proof of payment. Now they are completely unresponsive and unwilling to refund the fees the have collected mistakenly.

This is a review for Homeside Properties in Alpharetta, Georgia. A home owners association management. This is one of the worse companies I have ever had, it has bad customer service. One can't get in touch with any human being at their office, instead we are sent to voice mail and they never call back, at best they write you an email. Great company that supports the kids in its communities. Associa was nice enough to provide a monetary donation for my son's 13U travel baseball team. The process to request and get approval was very easy. The customer service and communication with an Associa representative has been wonderful. I know the team truly appreciates the support.
