If you are considering a psychiatrist, please read this for me. My spouse is going through a very difficult time and send an email to Dr. Long and he accommodated him the next day. As a wife worried about her husband, this goes above and beyond and is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention to him today.
Dr. Long is the best doctor I’ve seen! I move frequently for work so I have been through many doctors for medication for ADD and anxiety. He has by far been the best and easiest person to talk to. I unfortunately moved out of state and can no longer see him. I really appreciate everything he has done to help me!
Was told the day before my appointment that my insurance doesn't cover an appointment with them and to remit $200 to keep my appointment. AND, the $50 I initially paid for the appointment wouldn't be refunded. How can you keep someone's money if you have not rendered any services?
