Awesome place to work! Everyone is so friendly helpful and understanding! The company is flexible and you can control your schedule for the most part which is amazing! When there are worries/concerns management is very good about giving advice, or fixing any situation that may arise. I don’t call in often, but when I was very sick with flu this spring they completely understood, wished me well and checked in here and there until I was better. I love working with Assisting Hands of the Villages. I’ve worked this type of job for many years and with Assisting Hands of the Villages, I have to say it’s the best of the best. Support from the office to care givers encouraging each other, it’s obvious that we are a team working for the most wonderful clients that soon become almost extended family. I live alone, so I really look forward to seeing “my folks”, it’s a win/win situation. I’m truly blessed to be a part of.
