Absolutely the worst... lies lies, lies, no show after no show - unqualified caregivers - no training or experience - it’s been a living hell for the past 6 months - need recommendation for replacement Lost count of the number of no shows and the thin excuses.... how about this one from today - says the new caregiver knocked at the door and we didn’t answer - I was standing in the driveway waiting her arrival at the time they say she was here - lies lies and more lies from all of them -
this is the worst home care i ever had they all lie and have many no shows. i have had at least 50 no shows and when i call they tell you they will look into it and then when the aid shows up the next day i asked them if they got the call from the office on why they never showed they all have told me they never got a call.only a copuple time they have. 2 days ago betty the aid refused to shave me and help me with my cathheter after 15 min i told her to go i do not want her. ... I am the POA for my parents who needed their services. Their office was impossible to reach, they never returned phone calls, they rarely send consistent people, sometimes nobody shows up and when they found out we would be changing health care providers, they called to tell my parents that they wouldn’t be finishing out the month with them . Left them high and dry.
Second time with this wonderful company and it’s good to be back. They aren’t just coworkers, they grow on you and become family.
