I have found this agency to be exceptional in finding experienced help for us when needed. On the morning a storm was coming, I unexpectedly ended up in the hospital and needed someone to help with my husband who's had a stroke. In spite of the storm and no notice, Alexis found people to come and help our son look after his Dad till I got home. The caregivers that I've met all made me feel reassured that my husband would be well taken care of when we can't be with him. I highly recommend them.
I have worked in quite a few settings where my skills as a CNA and HHA have been appreciated, but I found a place where I can call home with Assisting Hands. Two years strong but already I can see the vision. I am glad to be part of a wonderful team. I will continue to encourage any person that is willing to care for the elderly to do the best they can.
