Lack of respect via not communicating changes in the schedule of care with advance notice. Too often, I learned about a no-show only after I called them, not the other way around. The response to my concerns about inconsistentcy in reliability could only be described as "flippant." I did not see a positive change in behavior after bringing my concerns to them. Felt invisible.
