After my sister experienced a fall on a cruise and required hip replacement surgery, we were referred to this company by the rehab facility at the time of her discharge. I’m so pleased we followed their recommendation. The care provided was excellent. A special thank you to the scheduler. Her support made a difficult time much easier. I would absolutely call them again in the future.

I had such a positive experience during the hiring process. From the start, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Katherine was especially amazing—super helpful, kind, and always quick to respond when I had questions or needed guidance. She made the whole process feel less stressful and more personal. You can really tell she cares about the people she brings onto the team. Thanks to her, I felt confident and excited to start this new chapter. About 2 years ago my grandmother needed more care than we could provide for her. The thought of organizing all of this was very overwhelming to me but when I called and spoke to Darlene she was very kind and professional and walked me through the process step by step and explained everything thoroughly. She made the process so quick , easy and stress free. My family and I are very grateful to still have assisting hands as a part of our lives to this day .

We were heading out of town for a wedding and didn’t know what to do about my grandma who couldn’t travel. A family friend recommended Assisting Hands and we’re glad they did. From the beginning, the team was very helpful and communicative, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we returned, she told us how much she loved her caregiver, Diana, and even asked to continue services full time! We’re so grateful for the care and compassion they provided. Highly recommend!

GIRL!!! LET ME TELL YOU!!! I love working here everyone in the office is so nice I adore my girl Darling she's incharge of scheduling. I love how well they take care of every single patient how they strive to help out to the best of there ability. The health care industry is a really hard place to work in but this agency does it with such care and grace. Keep up the good work guys!!!
