At initial consultation, I felt Joanne understood my needs. I hired them due to being a bit less expensive & not having weekly minimums. Unfortunately hiring this company did more harm than good. I went through 4 caregivers in less than 2 weeks. One caregiver was a temporary fill in & unfortunately her regular schedule didn't match our needs.
