Assisting Hands was a huge help for my dad and our whole family. The office staff was so nice to work with and always had great advice when we had questions or werent sure what to do. They explained things clearly and really helped guide us thru the process. The caregivers were kind and dependable and made my dad feel comfortable and supported. You can tell this team truly cares about the families they work with. We are very thankful for their help and would highly recomend them.

I worked with this agency for a period of time and while I appreciated the flexibility and some of the clients, I had a negative experience that I feel is important to share. After reporting a client who behaved aggressively and created a hostile environment, I expected the situation to be handled professionally or reviewed. I highly recommend Assisting Hands Home Care! The Scheduling Coordinator, Gavyn, is very respectful and concerned for his clients needs. He is very flexible when it comes to adapting to your schedule and he is great at matching you with the right person for you. If I was his boss I would give him a raise! Thanks, Gavyn
