Our case manager, Natalie Clerger Guerrier, is both exceptionally talented and someone who truly goes above and beyond (we consider her a miracle worker). She is helping to navigate care for my parents, both of whom have complex medical needs. Since Natalie and her team stepped in, I have felt more supported and comfortable knowing my parents are in such capable hands.

I recently used Assisting Hands for first-time home care support for my partner. I was nervous about whether my partner would accept this new situation. The caregiver stayed for 9 hours. Both before I left for the day and after I returned, I felt that the caregiver was attentive and caring, and the managers put in extra effort to meet our needs. My partner was calm and comfortable. I will be using Assisting Hands again.

Highly recommend working with Assisting Hands. We needed care in place with a quick turnaround. The team went out of their way to accommodate us and ensure we had the care we needed set up quickly. From the intake and assessment process to the actual care givers being in place, we did not hit a single hiccup. The care givers were all lovely and allowed my sister and I the chance to relax knowing our dad was being cared for and was safe
