When my Mom was discharged from the rehabilitation center almost 10 months ago, it became clear to our family that in order for her to remain safely in her home she would need assistance with meal preparation, bathing, dressing and household tasks. This past Fall I had to have two surgeries to deal with a serious infection in my right leg. I spent three+ weeks in Inova Fairfax Hospital recovering from the procedures and undergoing PT and RT.
