Love the way the store is set up. Very professional and clean. Smells good!! Love how your workers greet the customers. Especially Asiah. Very professional give her raise please.
Very clean but the prices are not good. I appreciate that some items are on sale sometimes but regardless if I wanted to pay 10-25 dollars for shoes etc. I’d just go to macys and check out their sale rack and get them brand new. Disappointed because I really was looking forward to checking it out but the review me about prices are true. I understand this is going to a good cause but this is a thrift store, the cheapest shoes should not be 10 dollars. About a month ago, I witnessed a young manager publicly berating an employee in front of customers. It wasn’t constructive or professional. It was humiliating to watch. The employee was clearly being singled out, and the entire interaction created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone nearby. No employee deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers. That kind of behavior reflects poorly on management and the business as a whole.
