Kreshonna was wonderful. She has helped me more than once with my dads phone and was very nice, professional and helpful.

Let me tell you about Kreshonna at the 21st street store. She is awesome. I saw her on the phone, on the computer typing account information, and covering 2 other customers in the store at the same time. My friend, who I am in charge of, lost his phone. I brought him over, she got it done and a lot under the estimate of $50. She even got my copper bracelet off my wrist, I was going to go to a jewelry shop but she got it done too, what a woman. Very friendly and a great employee. A delightful professional!
