I've been to this location several times to change plans and to add data to my phone service. Jesse has helped me every time. He's always been friendly, professional and accommodating. I would recommend this phone company and this service location to anyone who needs wireless.
I came in to purchase more data and Jesse Kirk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything needed to know about in a calm demeanor. I would be great to work with him everyone I come into the store. He had a fantastic interpersonal skills amd calm demeanor, especially when dealing with several difficult customers at the same time and he is able to clearly communicate with everyone about any hold ups or issues with any issue that is taking up a longer progress then expected.
