HORRIBLE - save your money and look elsewhere. Never replied. They change responsibility and keep ignoring requests for real services they booked. Worst office is in Quito and Argentina. Poor leadership- I would say a scam.
The worst travel insurance. They don't pay the bills. Once my mother got sick and I took her to the E.R. I provided all the information they required and after calling many times to find the status of the payment they made me wait on the phone for hours or they hanged up. Nobody knew the status they transferred from one office to another and no answer. They are only quick and efficient to sell you the insurance but they don't provide the service they promise.
