I have been a Bank of America customer for over 18 years, but this branch has prompted me to consider closing my accounts and switching to a new bank. I don't walk into physical banks much anymore, but when I walk into this one the bank tellers are cold in their manner toward me, and I get the sense that my activities are viewed with suspicion.
