I was recommended to Dr Assil to do the Refractive Lens Exchange ( RLE). Results were great and I no longer use my reading glasses. The whole crew from the receptionist to the eye specialists Dr Natalie and Dr Assil, no less were fantastic! They explained in detail every step of the process. Highly recommend to see them for a free consultation so you can realize “ in your own eyes” how great they are.
Both facilities (Santa Monica and Beverly Hills) are very well run. The BREATH OF FRESH AIR/Uber-Professional is Deanna in their call center! Deanna was instrumental in answering all of my questions regarding the order of a recent prescription. She is knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and a true asset to Assil Gaur!
Dr Gaur is absolutely wonderful. I did a laser procedure with her today. Everything went absolutely perfect and smoothly — and I really mean everything. The procedure itself, which is of course the most important thing, but also everything around it — pre appointment, scheduling, prep, the day of — really everything was super pleasant and professional. Already seeing a huge difference in vision. Office is located in a central place in Beverly Hills, plenty of parking available, very convenient.
Walk away! Staff are less than honest about costs, and are very poor at communicating and follow through with patients.
Could not say enough about how incredibly fortunate and privileged I feel to have the level of care provided to me by the Assil Gaur team and Dr. Adeleh Yarmohammadi, in particular. Dr. Adeleh is a consummate professional - if all doctors had her level of skill, care and humanity, the world would be a better place for it. I had an eye procedure of relatively high degree of difficulty and Dr. Adeleh produced amazing results.
