Best decision I ever made was to switch to the eye institute
Dr Natalie, while being so very professional and exceptional in her vocation, is very personable and friendly. She put me at ease and I felt comfortable enough to ask questions. The whole experience at the institute has been life changing. Going from 20/800 to 20/20 with astigmatism corrected as well has been amazing!
The staff is always very kind and accommodating Dr. Sarukhania is so knowledgeable and give great recommendation on how to continue eye care. I really enjoy going to my Dr Appts
I am dissatisfied with the results of my recent multifocal lens replacement surgery and the overall quality of care at the clinic. While my near vision has improved, my previously perfect distance vision is now blurry. Had I been informed that this surgery could compromise my distance vision, I would not have proceeded. Additionally, I am experiencing severe starbursts on headlights and traffic lights, making driving at night difficult and dangerous. I am also disappointed by the clinic's lack of professionalism.
