DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT GROUP. They don’t address issues or doc violations. My neighbor’s home literally has holes in the wall, peeling paint, weeds over my head, a fence down since Irma, mold on the outside, grass growing from gutters and I’ve complained 7+ months in preparation for putting my home on the market. Now it’s AFFECTING my home value because they won’t enforce the governing documents! That’s the whole purpose for HOAs! One star is too many. My only recourse is legal, I guess.
