Awful property management. Took over a week for me to here back and I had to call them to get any clarification. The woman running the office cant even answer legit questions. Over all bad busines. Do not recommend.

One of the worst management companies that we had ever come in contact with. Dawn is a very unkind and dispassionate person. We did not have running water at our rental and she cursed and used profanities toward me basically summing up that we needed to figure it out on our own. Meanwhile it was 9pm in the dead of winter. The rentals that she advertises are in poor conditions, the city should be watching out for this company.

We were the first to apply for a property and then didn't hear back. When we called to check in, they had already scheduled a showing with someone else, even though they told me we were the first to apply. At that point we still scheduled a showing for the end of the week. We got there early to be prompt. Stayed a half hour past our appointment time and nobody showed up.
