It has been SIX MONTHS since I reported leaks and water damage from two sprinklers in our apartments. Nothing has been done about it aside from having an insurance adjuster show up, take pictures, say that the wall and parts of the ceiling are going to need replacing. If I could give Soltra Bear Creek an Asset Living property 1 star I would. I’ve spent almost three months trying to fix basic billing errors and incorrect charges caused by this leasing office. My portal constantly shows the wrong balance, preventing me from paying online, and even when I paid on time and in person, they still charged a late fee caused by their own mistakes. DO NOT MOVE IN. DO NOT MOVE IN. Tides at Highland Meadows in Dallas - after dealing with no hot water, no a/c, & not heat..I was overcharged $160 this month. No website, no phone, door to the office locked during open office hours, police answer the office door & make them talk to you.
My apartment is not built out and continues to have construction delays since they were purchased by Asset Living
