I had an appointment scheduled for about four months and when I arrived today, I was told by the secretary that my appointment had just been cancelled and filled by someone else on a waiting list. Apparently they have a policy where their prospective patients are required to fill out all paperwork by 5:00pm the day prior to their appointment. I was unaware of this, and the secretary told me they tried calling me multiple times, they left me multiple voicemails, and sent multiple texts. I received no text, and only one phone ... read more
