I had an appointment scheduled for about four months and when I arrived today, I was told by the secretary that my appointment had just been cancelled and filled by someone else on a waiting list. Apparently they have a policy where their prospective patients are required to fill out all paperwork by 5:00pm the day prior to their appointment. I was unaware of this, and the secretary told me they tried calling me multiple times, they left me multiple voicemails, and sent multiple texts. I received no text, and only one phone ... read more
In today’s world that we all live in. So many people frown on therapy having been at some very low points in my life. And having the staff willing to meet with me from the comfort of my home is so wonderful. I understand that mental illness is a hard topic to talk about. Dr. Olson is so easy to talk to and makes me feel so much more relaxed. It feels good to get some things off my mind in a confidential setting. Will continue to go to her for years to come.
