Today I have only been privy to the intake process. But it was stellar. Clear communication. Thorough gathering of information. Excellent explanation of the process. And superb customer service. The gentleman who helped with my intake process even stay after hours to ensure it was completed and I got the soonest possible appointment. I am looking forward to working with this organization.
After being turned away/completely ignored by a few other offices to get screening for my child I reached out to Assess Hawaii. Just a few hours after leaving an inquiry I got a call from Ryan. He assured me that they took my insurance and scheduled my child the soonest screening available and put me on a waitlist in case I could get in sooner. Very kind and helpful. When I called to set an appointment, the gentleman that helped me was so compassionate and understanding with my concerns for my son. I can’t wait to meet them at our upcoming appointment!!! Mahalo
I went through their website to schedule an initial visit, but didn't receive word from them. Since they specify to follow-up directly after 48 hours, I called their office. A receptionist answered my call immediately and then asked if they could call me right back because they had a client. Since I'm not unreasonable, I said "Of course," and made sure he had my number to return the call. What is unreasonable is that after 2 hours, I still hadn't received a call back.
