TERRIBLE. Would give zero stars if I could. High masking women stay far away!!! Horrible evaluation experience and 0/100 agree with their archaic results… I’m literally shaking right now. These “clinicians” need to stop operating like it’s 1985. Although Ryan the admin director is very kind… but he should not encourage people to leave reviews until they’ve completed the entire evaluation process.
The beginning process of having someone to setup appointment it was awesome. I spoke to a guy name Ryan. He told me everything that I needed to know, he was very thorough with it. He also told me about the future action that may take just so I can be aware of.
I’ve been really nervous to schedule an ASD/ADHD appointment for a long time but Ryan answered all of my questions and explained everything so clearly and kindly, now I’m actually looking forward to it. I’m excited to see how a proper diagnosis and treatment plan can help improve my quality of life.
I experienced some distress due to a technical issue submitting my intake form, as unexpected situations cause me stress, and normally my laptop would work. Ryan called me back immediately and we completed the forms together over the phone. Thanks to Ryan having efficient communication, empathy, and patience I am now on-board as a client here at Assess Hawaii. Thank you, Ryan! Thank you. I wish you every success.
Ryan was very help with setting up a therapy session and even made sure everything was squared away. I have high hope to meeting and be able to bring my fur babies home
