It’s absolutely horrible and not maintained well.
Good space for pricing. Poorly managed. Pest problem. Security and safety issues.
I've been living at this complex since 2014. Its a nice place as far as maintenance of grounds and the look of buildings. The rent is very high, which usually means the noise level is good, but over the last year we've turned into what reminds me of the projects. Kids run wild screaming for hours at a time in the parking lot and through the breezeways. I guess parents don't know how to control them. Pricing is fair, space is decent. My biggest complaint is for the kids in my building they are constantly outside without any supervision. Leave their toys in the walkways and in between cars. They play too closely near people's cars and also left handprints on my vehicle, I was highly pissed!!! Anxious to move!!
