For the very best burgers in the state of Illinois, The Assembly, American Bar & Cafe is a must!! Get there hungry because the burgers are pretty big. They grill them right behind the bar which is cool to check out with plenty of different varieties to choose from.

It was great to sit at the bar and enjoy good conversation with Bartenderis Stacy and Chef Jim. Drink some cocktails and eat a " World Famous Burger" with Bacon, Pepper-jack cheese and House made Potato salad. I will be back soon, enjoy
