There staff and managers really don’t know what there doing. I been there several times it was ok. The last time I went in there to preorder a cheese cake the girl took my order and I ask her if I need to prepay. And she said don’t pay till you pick up your order. So the next day I called to just make sure the order even went through and the manager wasn’t even aware of my order. She said I need prepay for my orders. And when asked the employee about it she said I refused to prepay!
