The overweight female manager that hides in her office to prevent helping residents has to be the laziest "manager" I've ever seen. The elevators and hallways are infested with fleas and dog urine. I have gotten many extremely itchy flea bites simply just entering the flea infested elevator and hallways. Imagine what will happen to your poor dog. I'm currently living in a mold,mildew and flea infested apartment and none of the mangers cares. Nothing has been done to fix any of the problems. The entire building is infested with fleas. My ankles and legs are covered in bites. Every time I enter or leave my unit I'm attached my fleas. They're everywhere in the building and on rooftops.
If you know you're legal rights as tenant in Seattle, and try asserting those rights, you will be called rude and insulted just because you asked to speak to the property manager. Every time I try to enjoy the rooftop amenities the hammocks have been blown over by wind and are unusable and it reeks of dog urine. There is nothing enjoyable about living here. Non of the employees are friendly and try and introduce themselves. It's never been a welcoming experience at all. It's a very depressing property to say the least.
Extremely unfair terms. I am breaking my lease and even the notice to evacuate is not being accepted as an official notice from me until a very heft and unfair charge of 2 months of additional rent is paid upfront. Was not given any option to sub lease to someone else. Saw a bunch of bad reviews. Wish I had seen them earlier. Please watch out for extremely unfriendly terms towards the tenants especially if breaking a lease early because of any unfortunate events.

If you're a career oriented Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color, DO NOT move into Assembly 118. It's ran by a racist, passive aggressive white woman. She forgets EVERYTHING, is not attentive to the actual needs of tenants and plays unnecessary games with tenants. DO NOT move here. While the building is great, the leasing staff, particularly Riza and Claudia, as well as the entire maintenance team are AMAZING professionals, the Property Manager, Laina, is intolerable, unprofessional and racist. AVOID
