After many years of service and a few name changes they no longer offer residential garage door repair or installation. They weren't able to offer a company that could service residential garage doors, we called BT1 and they repaired it next day.
We ordered 3 custom residential garage doors from Assa Abloy, and while Covid delayed their manufacturing, we are more than happy with the service Assa Abloy provided. Rick Cole was our sales rep and he was very attentive and met all of our needs perfectly. The instal team was prompt, professional, and our doors couldn't have turned out better. I would recommend Assa Abloy to anyone
