These guys took 6 weeks to get an absurdly expensive quote to me. I called to inquire about the quote 10 days after the measurement and the person who spoke to me on the phone was rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
I asked for a quote and was informed "Due to a heightened level of demand, we are currently prioritising service for our account holders in the Strata, Property Management, Education sector." Not much help for me or if you have a similar residential project.
Gene did an exceptional job fixing my windows. He displayed professionalism and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.

Time wasters. Don’t let them waste your time like they wasted mine. I reached out to this business for a quote. I provided details via email and then arranged to have someone out to quote. A representative came out to scope and measure up the job. He had a clear plan and spent an extended period of time at my place measuring and taking photos.
