This is not a question of opinion, but a statement of fact. A single louvre glass panel measuring 50 cm x 15 cm x 4 mm thick was replaced in one of the villas in our building at a cost of $729.26. Be warned: Always demand a written quote and a full breakdown of charges before engaging this company. The cost in this case was, in our view, excessive and unjustified. These guys took 6 weeks to get an absurdly expensive quote to me. I called to inquire about the quote 10 days after the measurement and the person who spoke to me on the phone was rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

I asked for a quote and was informed "Due to a heightened level of demand, we are currently prioritising service for our account holders in the Strata, Property Management, Education sector." Not much help for me or if you have a similar residential project.
