Asprient is nothing short of a slumlord level real estate management group. From move in to move out, there was always something going wrong. When my girlfriend and I first move in the walls were caked with layers of dirt, our Swiffer pads were turning gray and it took nearly an entire package of wipes to clean the entire place. This company is ran by a bunch of Indian slum lords.. beware before you sign a lease or do any work on their properties as a vendor. Do not ignore the reviews that you read about this company.
I strongly recommend avoiding Asprient Properties at all cost for the following reasons: 1) They are very unprofessional. The guy who runs the company needs anger management. 2) They hardly return security deposits; they make bogus and unreasonable deductions from your deposit, if you actually get a refund. 3) They are very deceitful. They are good with making promises which they rarely, if ever, fulfill.
