Asplundh was doing roadwork for wire clearing. They came onto my property without notice, well inside the road set-back, past a fence and through my lawn and cut down a beautiful cedar tree that I had watched grow for 30 years. They also did other aggressive cutting and pruning to trees that weren't near the street, left branches and debris all over, some of which scratched my car when I first drove off into my driveway that night. They are terrible! They don’t clean up their mess after they say they will and it’s not just me my neighbors all are upset with them. They are pathetic !!!

If you do something wrong pay for it. I'm not a scammer your tree company hit my car with a branch. I am ready to get it fixed and now they say there is no proof on the cameras. So tell me how the hell I got a dent in my car? I noticed it 3 days later and called my insurance company and you. When I go to work and straight home how the hell would I get that. I currently have several of your workers under the supervisor of, Shannon Williams, removing trees and limbs around the electrical wires for Eversource. I am very pleased with their professionalism and expertise at doing such a superb job ranging from the traffic controller to the high wire and tree operator. Your truck's going to your Porter Rd facility are cutting through my residential development, Oakwood instead of turning right from Rt. 72 & Porter Rd. Those large commercial trucks are not suppose to be drive though a residential development especially as a short cut!!! It doesn't take any more time to stay on Rt. 72 and turn onto Porter Rd. to get to your Porter Rd location. Today 3 groups of large truck came by my home.
Worked in Belmont Nc dropping tree debris in the middle of the road causing people to run over it. Damaged my car for them to deny the debris ever existed and it was kept clean while witnesses verified the event happened another supervisor denied the opportunity to see photos and speak to witnesses. The situation was a complete safety hazard because they did not post any men at work signs at a location where a rd declined into a very steep hill.
Butchered a mature tree that was no where close to power lines. At 23 years old a Bradford pear is not going to spread an additional 10 feet. Also left their trash in a neighboring undeveloped property.
Asplundh came out to me street to tree branches for PSNH. The work that was done was done I have no complaints about. There was a pile of logs left on the side of the road after they left though. I fired off an email to the company from their website, and heard back within hours. I was pleased to see how responsive they were and they sent someone out the next business day to clean it up!
